No. All 14 days of the trial are completely free: no card to enter, no automatic charges, and no commitment. You test Mimiao on your own school — build the schedule, add students, try the finances and gamification — and only at the end do you decide whether to move to a paid plan. If you don’t, you simply don’t continue: nothing is charged, and we remind you before the trial ends.

You can put together a working schedule in an evening, and be fully up and running within a day. Students come in by Excel or CSV import, while groups and lesson series are created from a few settings rather than by hand. On top of that we run a personal onboarding session: in one call we set the school up together with you and show you where to start. Larger, multi-program schools we launch over a few days — with you, too.

Yes. Student import from Excel or CSV is built in: the wizard checks every row, flags duplicates, broken phone numbers and empty fields, and shows you a preview before anything lands in the system. Current lesson counts are entered as opening balances, and history then accumulates inside Mimiao — honestly and immutably. At launch we move everything over with you for free: one call, and your roster is in place.

Every school is isolated at the database level with Row-Level Security, so each query sees only that school’s data. Passwords are stored as irreversible Argon2id hashes. The financial ledger is immutable: records cannot be edited or deleted after the fact, only compensated with new entries. School data can be exported.

Yes — Mimiao is mobile-first. A teacher marks attendance in “My Day” with two taps straight from a phone, a student submits homework and practices vocabulary, and parents pay an invoice in two taps — all in the browser, with no separate app to install. The owner or an admin can just as easily glance at finances, the schedule and the at-risk zone from a phone between tasks. A big screen is optional — the school runs wherever you are.

Yes. Solo includes the tutor’s daily essentials: scheduling, the journal, homework, manual and online payments, lesson balances, the student cabinet, SRS vocabulary and basic gamification. Studio and above add team and analytics modules: automations, leads, expenses, course authoring, referrals, marketing-campaign tracking, the reward shop and parent invitations. LiqPay and WayForPay online payments are already available on Solo.

There’s no sudden lockout and nothing disappears. Before the trial ends we remind you in advance, and you calmly pick a plan or decide not to continue. If you stay, you simply keep working — data and settings are right where you left them. If you leave, you take your data with you: students, payments and history can be exported anytime. We don’t lock your school in or put hidden obstacles in the way of leaving.

Yes. Mimiao is built online-first, but the format of your lessons doesn’t matter to the system: scheduling, the attendance journal, finances, teacher payroll and the parent portal work the same for offline and blended schools. You still run lesson series and groups, mark attendance in two taps, issue invoices and see debtors in one filter. The online extras — student cabinets, homework, vocabulary — become a nice bonus if you ever add remote classes.
