How is teacher payroll handled across programs?
Different programs mean different rates: a flat fee per session here, a percentage of the group there. An accrual is created the moment a lesson is taught, at that exact teacher's rate — reschedule or cancel, and only what was actually taught accrues. Every teacher sees their earnings daily, and you get the center-wide total without touching a single spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions
We're more than languages — we also run maths, coding and exam prep. Does it fit?
Yes. Scheduling, the attendance journal, payments, balances and payroll work the same for languages, maths, coding or art. Subjects can be organized through products and groups, while teacher and active-student counts stay within the selected plan’s limits.
Which financial breakdowns are available?
Mimiao shows the center-wide picture, and revenue reports can be analyzed by product, teacher and group. There is currently no separate “program” directory or ready-made P&L for each subject, so a center models its structure with the available products and groups.
We teach in person and in blended formats, not just online. Is that a problem?
No. Mimiao is online-first, but the format of your lessons doesn't matter to the system: scheduling, the journal, finances, payroll and the parent portal work just as well for in-person and blended groups. You run lesson series, mark attendance in two taps and issue invoices whether the class is in a classroom or online. And if some programs are in person while others are remote, they all stay in one calendar and one financial picture of the center.
Is there a ready-made profit report for every program?
Not yet. Financial analytics shows the center-wide P&L and available revenue breakdowns, but it does not produce a separate profit report for an arbitrary subject. For deeper analysis, subjects can be separated with products and groups and reviewed through those breakdowns.
