Dashboards show the big picture of your school, while the risk zone shows the specific students who need attention today. Together they answer the question: “where are we right now, and who might leave?”

Attendance
Attendance rate across the school, broken down by group and by teacher, with week-over-week trends. Seasonal dips are immediately visible, and you can spot which teachers have lower numbers.
Student growth
The number of active students at the end of each month — new arrivals and those who left. A simple chart that shows whether the school is growing.
Homework
Completion rate by class and by individual student. If homework suddenly stops coming in from a particular group, that’s a signal to rethink the format or the workload.
Acquisition channels
How many leads and converted students came from each channel over the selected period. More detail in the leads and funnel section.
The risk zone: how it works
Every night the system scores every active student and calculates their churn-risk level. The score is based on seven signals:

| 2+ absences in a row | The student has stopped coming — the first warning sign |
| Drop in attendance over 30 days | Was 80%, now 50% — a downward trend |
| Drop in homework completion | Stopped submitting — losing engagement |
| No upcoming lessons | Nothing else is scheduled |
| ≤ 2 lessons left with no new invoice | The balance is running out and there’s no new payment |
| Overdue invoice | Issued and still unpaid |
| Returning after a break | Came back after 2+ weeks away — a raised risk of leaving again |
The more signals, the higher the risk level. The levels are: low, medium, high, critical.
The “who to call today” list
The main dashboard has a “Risk zone” block — a list of students at the “medium” level and above, sorted by priority. Each one comes with a short explanation: “2 absences, 1 lesson left on balance, invoice 3 days overdue.”
It’s not a 10-page report — it’s a concrete list for today. Open it in the morning, call five students, clear the block.
The risk badge on a student’s profile
A badge in the top corner of a student’s profile shows their current risk level with an explanation. An admin or manager who opens the profile sees the context right away — no digging through journals required.
The badge refreshes every night during the scheduled recalculation. If a student renews their payment or attends three lessons in a row, the level drops automatically.
Automatic response to risk
For students at the critical risk level, you can set up an automation: for example, automatically create a task for a manager or send a personal message to the student. That way the risk zone becomes more than a report — it becomes an early-warning system.
